About Executive Function

Executive Function is building a neuroinclusive workplace toolkit for Australian organisations, HR teams, managers and employees. Our purpose is simple: understand different minds, agree practical support and help people do their best work.

We start with workplace barriers and individual preferences—not assumptions about a diagnosis. People with the same diagnosis can have different experiences, strengths and support needs. Exploring support should not require disclosure.

The first release focuses on free learning resources and an adjustment explorer, alongside a subscription workflow for collaborative plans and reviews. Demonstration features are not connected workflows; legal guidance requires expert review before publication.
